EXCHANGE POLICY

• We offer exchange. You can -

1. Exchange the same product for a different size
2. Exchange the ordered product for a different product of the same value.
3. Take refund in the form of a gift card issued against the value of your order which will be valid for 6 months.

• Exchange request is valid only once per order.
• The exchange request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the order. No request shall be entertained after the stipulated time period of 48 hours has lapsed.
• The above is subject to availability of stock. In case the apparel goes out of stock, we have the provision of issuing a gift card against the value of your order. The gift card will be sent to you via email and will be valid for 6 months.
• The exchange process will begin once the apparel has been approved for the same by our quality control team.
• Refund can only be processed in the form of a gift card issued against the value of your order.

Our products are dispatched from the warehouse within 2-5 working days and are delivered between 4-9 days.
